• Registration: Give people the following material
  • Room key
  • Building access card
  • CD-ROM
  • Tee-shirt
  • Tickets for breakfast and lunch since tuesday 27th (one of each per night)
  • Usefull notes (food arround accomodation, internet connection, bus timetable, ...)
  • Badge
  • Bag provided by the Ecole des Mines with:
    • Conference program
    • Conference Map
    • Map of Douai
    • Restaurants of Douai
    • Pen
    • Documentation about the Ecole des Mines

• Organise a presence at the train station

• Organize a presence with digital camera. We want pictures of ESUG.

• Organize the collection of the PP support.

• Check badges for access to conference amphitheaters

• Get back room keys and building access cards before people leave the conference (VERY IMPORTANT)

• Be sure that everybody is in the bus when leaving Lille after the social event

• Lock/Unlock the Camp Smalltalk room
  • Shutdown the coffe-machine
  • Close the fridge doors
  • Switch-off lights
  • Close windows

• Lock/Unlock amphitheaters
  • Put water bottels and cups for speakers
  • Switch on-off lights
  • Close windows
  • Switch on-off microphones
  • Switch on-off visioprojectors

• Give back all keys and access cards

• Get synchronised for the open source day with serge
• Get Synchronised with serge for the teacher symposium
